All payments to The Bacana Plan are non-refundable. We have immense pride in the quality of our work. If you are in any way unsatisfied, please let us know right away.
Cancellation Policy: If Client cancels or reschedules appointment with less than 24 hours notice, Client will be charged for the amount of time scheduled (up to a maximum of 1 hour) for the applicable Service at the base hourly rate. If Client is late to or misses a scheduled appointment with no previous notice, Bacana representative will have the option to declare the appointment a no-show/cancellation after 20 minutes.
Late Fees: Any amounts not paid Bacana within the time periods or dates set forth in the applicable Consulting Agreement shall accrue interest at one and a half percent (1.5%) per month. Should payment of any compensation and/or expenses invoice remain unpaid after sixty (60) days, Bacana reserves its right to cease work on all services until such past due payment is made regardless of the status of the services being performed.
Overtime Policy: If any Bacana representative is asked to work more than eight (8) hours in any given day, or more than forty (40) hours in any given week, Client shall be responsible for an hourly overtime surcharge of twenty-five percent (25%) of the base hourly rate on that individual’s time over the previously mentioned limits.
